Anna Reisenbichler is an art historian and visual artist.
1997–2003: Study of art history at Vienna University and the University Roma Tre in Rome; Master of Philosophy (Mag.a phil.)
2003–2007: Ph.D. in art history at Vienna University; Doctor of Philosophy (Dr.in phil.)
2009–2014: Study of art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna; Master of Arts (Mag.a art.)
Anna is a staff member and lecturer at the Institute for Art History at the University of Vienna as well as a scientific associate at the Centre of Cultural Studies at Klosterneuburg Abbey, Lower Austria. Her particular interest lies in feminist art historiography, women’s biographies, their visual representation, and female work realities.
