LENA BAUMGARTNER

Lena Baumgartner is a research curator and graphic designer specializing in contemporary art and exhibition design. She has worked for Deichtorhallen Hamburg, Bundeskunsthalle Bonn and Neue Galerie Graz, among others, and has been involved in major projects such as Survival in the 21st Century and Ridiculously Yours! Art, Awkwardness and Enthusiasm.

Prior to this, she gained extensive experience in art management, production and installation - as a project based registrar at Neue Galerie Graz, a graphic designer for OstLicht and WestLicht in Vienna and a curatorial assistant for Nicolaus Schafhausen in Berlin.

With a sound knowledge of design, art management and digital media, she develops innovative concepts at the interface of art, research and visual communication.
