of MovingImageMovingBody - Verein zur Förderung zeitgenössischer
Kunst & holistischer Praxis. As Performance & Media Artist, her oevre ranges from short films, video-art, analogue photography, installation and performance / live art. She holds an MA in Creative Practice; The Dance Prof. Practice Pathway from Trinity Laban & Independent Dance, London, UK (2015). Diploma in Media Arts from HfBK - Academy of fine Arts Hamburg
Hamburg & BA in Mediaculture.
Navina is interested in dissolving limits of art forms. Her themes
are boundaries, transcendence, rituals, liminality, memory &
intercultural identity. Her recent work was presented in June 2022 as a site-specific participatory performance installation event amongst others at
MuseumsQuartier Wien for which she acquired a high number of public
and private sponsoring.
It was also presented as a work-in-progress @ Espaço Alkantara,
supported by the Austrian Embassy Lisbon (BMEIA) & Einmaliges
Arbeitstipendium der Stadt Wien aufgrund von Covid-19 & awarded with
a prize @ Bionic Festival 2020, Madrid.
As performer she has worked a.o. with Vânia Rovisco, Manoel Barbosa,
André Guedes, Isabelle Schad, Cristine de Smedt & Bojana Cvejic at
Tate Modern, God's Entertainment, Eva Brenner/Sprung & Anna Leon.
Presented her work since 2009 amongst others @ Kampnagel, K3, Temps
d’Image, Künstlerhaus Vorwerkstift, site-specific, AmbulArt,
DanceKiosk, Gängeviertel, OPAF & broad variety of Short Film
Festivals, RuadasGaivotas6, TAGV, Galeria Zaratan, MOM ART SPACE,
RAW MATTERS.
