Sarah Iris Mang is a cross-disciplinary artist, who works with installation, film, performance, textiles and graphics. Her research interests are multisensory, tactile art and inclusion. Thematically, she explores the field of perception and produces digital interactive forms of communication. In her work, she examines the intersection of action(s) in dialogue and resonance with a specific location andits historicity. She collaborates with experts from different disciplines. Since 2016 she has been curating exhibitions and projects and writing free associative texts on various topics. In her podcast Crealogen, which was selected and awarded by the cultural department of the state of Lower Austria, she interviews guests from all disciplines about innovation and creativity. Sarah Iris Mang studied History and Philosophy at the University of Vienna, Art (Gunter Damisch class, degree 2005) and Art and Communication (degree 2007) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and in Barcelona.
